In the last month, I have paid for a couple of purchases, which have been correctly debited from my bank account - so all good. Subsequently, eBay have debited my account again twice, for each of the exact same previously paid purchases. This has resulted in me having declined EFT payments (I cannot be expected to have sufficient funds in my bank account to cover these unauthorised extra debit attempts), hence I get charged penalty fees for these unauthorised extra debit attempts. My bank has investigated this issue and have determined it is wholly an eBay failure/problem. Is anyone else having similar issues at all with any purchases, and have you reported this issue to eBay?
