Feedback not working this morning

Good Morning Everyone.  I attempted to leave feedback for purchases received this morning.  Multiple purchase from same seller. Was able to leave one feedback for one of the items. The feedback is not working for other purchases. Not from the purchase history page, or from the feedback forum.  Another ebay glitch? Or have they changed something again?  The blue 'leave feedback' button is not working. When I attempt to click this button, all I have is a black circle with a black line through it, hover over the blue 'leave feeback' button.

I was very slack with leaving feedback over the holiday break - went in this morning to catch up, and couldn't leave feedback for anything prior to mid-December (despite the "Leave Feedback" button being next to them). Everything later than that worked fine.
