i HAVE STRUCK A PROBLEM WITH THE TWO ABOVE STORES IN AUSTRALIA. I HAVE BEEN BIDING WITH BOTH THESE TWO EBAY STORE FOR WAY OVER 18 MONTHS AND NOW SUDENLY THEY ARE REFUSING MY BIDS. hAS ANBODY HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS WHIT THEM OR OTHER EBAY STORES IN AUSTRALIA. I ALSO BID AN BUY WITH THREE SIMLAR STORE IN AUSTRALIA AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS. I ALLWAYS PAY SAME TIME I WIN AND HAVE 100% FEEDBACK FROM AROUND THE WORLD.

Sellers can block buyers if they are winning/buying more items than the seller wants them to buy.

I had it from a couple of Asian sellers some time ago.  I was blocked from bidding on 2 items...they ended up unsold  The seller was just too greedy for his own good.
