Has anyone heard from Ebay about the "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" problem?

I see this problem has been happening to others for a while now. Is ebay interested in fixing the problem as I need to buy my usual products? Surely the sellers must be loosing money with a lack of sales.
