Have twice received an email from eBay informing me of an unknown device logged into my account?

Changed my password the first time. Have now received a second email, I am now suspicious that this may be a site issue?

This happened to me yesterday.

I wasn't concerned at all because it  was me logging in at that time.

I've just ignored it.
