Here we go again.. why am I in a password loop when I try and list my item??!!

Ok so I am really about to give up on ebay!  This happens to me EVERY TIME I come back to sell on ebay.  I write out my description, put up the photos, go to a lot of work and when I go to the next page or go to list ebay asks me to sign in.. BUT when I sign in it comes back to the window and asks me to sign in again and again.. it just gets stuck there.  I usually have to close the window, go back to ebay again where the listing is ALWAYS gone and no its never in the draft.  There will be sometimes a previous one but not the one of which I was workingon.

This happens every time I come to ebay, I have contacted customer support on previous occasions and have spent collectively, hours on the phone to them.  They always say its the cookies or cache and in the end say they can't help and have never heard of the problem affecting anyone else before - which is untrue as I have seen other people asking but not receiving advice previously.

So I just wanted to clarify

Yes I am putting in my password correctly, no caps etc

Yes I have tried clearing the cache and cookies

I would appreciate any advice as this all takes time that I don't have

I used to use Safari, but Firefox is much better. Try Firefox and I think you will find a lot of these little glitches disappear.
