How do I contact a seller when the links do not work? Yet I am able to leave feedback?

I am trying to contact a seller regarding an item I purchased 6 weeks ago and still unposted.
Every time I try clicking contact seller, I get "this site can not be reached". It does not matter how many times times you refresh, this screen is displayed. Yet I have no issues going into the feedback page.
