How to add an avatar?

I use the eBay app, or via Safari, I had an avatar, but a couple of days ago it disappeared. I cannot find anyway to upload another, thanks.

You need to get Chrome for that if you are using a mobile or tablet. It is available from the Apple store. Then open eBay in Chrome, then click on the three lines top right, select request desktop site, click on your ID feedback number.

You need to see the new feedback profile, so you might need to click again on your ID...then you should get an edit profile button. Click that, then the little pencil on the avatar. That lets you select a new pic.
