I am not getting Emails from e bay when I buy an Item confirming the order or when item is sent or when I am outbit on an item or when I make an offer it gets accepted not being notified  i get emails when an iten i am after come on line thanks Anthony

Have you checked your notification/communication preferences and possibly also your spam folder, in case your mailbox for some reason is suddenly marking eBay emails as spam?

all our account settings are correct but still not receiving, how can i email ebay and not and chat bot
