I am unable to return the item. Button not lit "Confirm returne"
Have you gone through the proper process first by opening the appropriate dispute?
Don't just do something on the seller's say so
Especially when both sellers you have feedback from are in China with poor feedback
Was the item not as described? or faulty? or not arrived?
You want to make sure you go about things the right way or you are'nt covered by the MBG
Do not close any dispute because the seller tells you to, you can't re-open it if you do
