I bought an item this month on ebay and ebay sent me a email saying that i have not used my account and there going to delete my account if i don't login, well i have logged in this month and i get this warning from ebay??

Are you sure that the email is from eBay?

I hope you have not clicked onto any link in the email itself. Just in case it is a scam, it's always best to open a new browser tab or new browser window, and type in the desired URL yourself - e.g., http://www.ebay.com.au - and log in from there. This will ensure that you don't inadvertently give away your username and password to an eBay account hijacker.

When you log in to eBay in this way, do you see a copy of the email that you received in your My messages inbox? (Not the inbox on https://community.ebay.com.au, but the one under your My eBay account - https://mesg.ebay.com.au/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0.)

If the inbox does indeed contain a copy of that email, then you will at least know that it's a legitimate message.

Do you have other eBay accounts ?

Could be eBay want you to log in to make sure it was you making the purchase and not a hijacked account if it had laid dormant for a while.
