I can't get the eBay app to work on my iPad. I've been trying for two days to open the app

I've had no problem opening and using the app on my iPad for two years. Now when I open the app I get a message saying " this version has expired please update" I click on the update date and the whole app closes. I deleted the old app when to the App Store and uploaded a new version and the exact same thing happens. What s wrong with the app.

No idea (I would'nt touch the app with a plastic pole) so I can't help

But as you can see, two other people posted about a similar issue yesterday

My guess is, if you were to contact eBay they would tell you 'the tech team will look into it

a) They won't, that is just what they say to get rid of people

b) Nobody from eBay, tech or otherwise read members posts on the forum, despite their blurb saying otherwise
