I can't send ebay an email with a question and I can't get their phone number. are these people contactable? How do I talk to a real person?

When I try to send eBay an email or click on make a call to get their phone number the page just goes dark and shuts me out. Is there no way of contacting eBay and talking with a real person?

Friday is maintenance day, and there are always glitches, try again a bit later,  or why not explain what the problem is here,  we may be able to assist.
