If you have, check their T&Cs to see how it operates and verifies purchase amounts.

Who are unlikely to be eBay members, the only people who read the boards. Nor would eBay know, probably, as I don't believe they support Smarty Cash. I certainly have never heard of SC.

Are you sure it is eBay related?

Maybe provide some relevant information - somebody might have suggestions, if you provide some modicum of relevant information.
