Incorrect Discount Applied

On June 29 eBay announced a blanket 10% discount from 10 am AEST using the code PUNCHY on everything purchased on the site except a few categories and two specific sellers sites. I made a purchase around 11 am (outdoor carpet from Pallal Pty Ltd, Item number 251164359378) and used the PUNCHY code to buy an item valed at $544. The discount applied when I used the code was 5%. What happened to my other 5% please??

You are not contacting ebay on the boards.  The responders are just members like yourself and ebay does not read here.

I have never heard of this happening before.  I suggest you ring ebay.....use the option to have ebay ring you.  You can get the number through the Help link at the bottom of the page.
