I was looking at car seat covers and noticed this at the end of the ad. Personally I would never buy from them now - I do not like the tone, smells of blackmail - good feedback or else! IF NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS LEFT FOR AN ITEM, IT WILL NO LONGER QUALIFY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Just wondering is all Thanks Oldie2

No, that would be considered extortion and against ebay policy.

Besides it's not enforceable anyway.

If a buyer was to neg and go through the ebay returns guarantee, probably not much the seller can do.
