New to Click & Send ,my printer will not print Postage Label, everything else but.

Just registered for Click & Send, purchased packaging etc, my printer works fine, printing PDF files, emails, everything else from many devices, but WILL NOT print postage label, If anyone could shed some light, I would be most grateful. Michael.

I always save the C&S labels to my computer and then open in Abode Reader and print from there.

Neither of my printers can print direct from the C&S popup label (I end up with total garbage), so you are not alone
