No eBay Step In button on return request

I've gone in circles trying to find the eBay step in button. The help website says to open the claim and click the step in button but i cannot find such a thing. It says the return will be closed in 8 days if I don't ship the item back.

The seller has not provided a return label or the price of the return, just the address, stating that they cannot provide a label from the USA to China. 

I've attempted to message them but they've began ignoring me, and they put that seller covers shipping costs in the listing.

By the way, this is the Australian board. Maybe you should ask on the US board, as you are registered in the USA.

They first give the seller a few days to respond, I think 3 or 4 business days. When you open a case, they should tell you when you can ask them to step in the email confirming your case. The link to ask them to step in won't be there until that day.
