I've gone in circles trying to find the eBay step in button. The help website says to open the claim and click the step in button but i cannot find such a thing. It says the return will be closed in 8 days if I don't ship the item back.
The seller has not provided a return label or the price of the return, just the address, stating that they cannot provide a label from the USA to China.
I've attempted to message them but they've began ignoring me, and they put that seller covers shipping costs in the listing.
