Hi,
I bought an item that displayed the wrong product about a week after purchase. The correct product shows on the purchases history, but when clicking on it to open the order, a different item is shown. This happens in the eBay app and browsers (firefox/chrome).
The order email and payment amount show the correct item and price. Is this anything to be concerned about?
Maybe not.
The seller may have no more of that item in stock and has decided to use the listing to list something else so as to not loose the place in the search queue.
If the wrong one turns up, contact the seller and ask them to rectify it but for now no point in any action if it has been sent. (If not sent, then contact the seller immediately)
