Ebay timing out when retracting a bid

Hi there

I am unable to retract a bid as a buyer. The seller has agreed to the retraction and asked that I click the retract button. I have used the web and mobile interface to try to do this, but it times out for both (has been doing this all day - on mobile internet and wifi). Grateful for help to resolve this. Explain what's happening to the seller and get them to cancel the bid.

Edit. Have you tried clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer or trying a different browser ?
