want to change my address & phone number, but just going to account settings doesn't work.

I want to change my address & phone number etc.  Going to setting takes me to login, but it won't accept my password, which I know is correct.

I want to order something, but the system has my old address.

How do I edit my details?

Or put a different address when you go through checkout.  I'm pretty sure you can do that without changing your address in ebay or paypal.  Lots of people get things to friends or relatives.
