want to change my address & phone number, but just going to account settings doesn't work.

I want to change my address & phone number etc.  Going to setting takes me to login, but it won't accept my password, which I know is correct.

I want to order something, but the system has my old address.

How do I edit my details?

could be a temporary glitch.....otherwise just update your PayPal for now, as that is the address sellers MUST use
