Seller Ads Improvement

I've been looking for shower glass door knobs or handles and I'm finding the information posted by the seller is insufficient for me to purchase the item. The seller should at least specify the diameter of the screw that holds the knob together. The diameter is very important as this determine if it will fit on the hole of the glass door where it is installed. Also important is the glass thickness wherein this handle can be used.

Not sure how to contact ebay so that they can request the seller(s) to modify their posting to include this info.

eBay has nothing  to do with what a seller writes in their listings.

If you want further information, ask the seller

Just message the seller and ask them

check the manufacturers specifications

Contacting eBay would achieve zero

It would take you less time to contact the seller and ask than posting on the member to member forum

It is not a site issue, eBay are not going to 'make' sellers include anything other than what they are already required to include
