When connected with an agent on chat, there is a problem with the "Send" button. My message is not sent. My typed message does not appear in the window, happens time and time again. The agent then assumes I am closing it. Tried different browsers, nothing is working. Doing this in the times when chat is open. Any ideas why this might be happening ? Java script is enabled in preferences.

Do you try to connect during normal business hours? And are you using a PC or a mobile?
It always works fine for me on a laptop and during normal business hours.
You could also try the usual trick of clearing cache and cookies and restarting the browser.
