What is happening to the Standard uploader for photos?

I, too am having problems using Standard Uploader for photos on my listings. I click on the upload button, it changes colour from blue to faded out blue and then ... Nothing. It's like it freezes. Very frustrating.  Have ebay done something or do I have computer problems?. It has worked up until this afternoon.

There were others having troubles with that uploader a few weeks ago, so it could be a glitch.

ebay are due to do maintenance tomorrow afternoon, that may clear it.

Or if your internet has reached it's limit and slowed, it will do similarly.

I sometimes refresh the page and leave it for a while to give it time to load.
