Where is the setting for automatically posting feedback as soon as positive feedback is received from buyer?

I think my setting is turned on as positive feedback appeared from one buyer without being posted by me.

The query has arisen because I decided to withhold feedback from one buyer that I had uneasy feelings about.  When this buyer posted positive feedback I atttempted to respond with positive but discovered that this had been posted without my input.
