OK I found my way through the system.
When I went to post the next feedback I noted a prompt to tell me I could automate feedback through my Selling Manager Pro preferences.
I then had to search through all the likely places such as Site Preferences, Communication Preferences and drew a blank.
Finally looking at the Summary page I checked the menu options on the left hand side and selected Automation Preferences.
Lo and behold, my preferences were set to post positive feedback as soon as a buyer had paid and posted positive feedback.
I have now removed this option since I prefer to post personal feedback not random remarks.
