Why has there been a change into demand for sign in prompt- it is constant for every action now?

Why has there been a dramatic increase in requirement for sign in and password for every significant action including adding items or sellers to lists such as Watch lists or saved sellers? It's very annoying........

I haven't noticed any problems, try logging right out of eBay, do dave suggests, and then try logging in with a different browser.

Sometimes things just hiccup, I have noticed my loading is taking a long time, freezes now and ten a cache clean up works for me
