Why is Click & Send on my listings? At no time Have I ever used it or want it. I have tried to edit.

Click & Send is only some listings, when I try to edit, and review it does not show, then when I hit update it is still there. I lost a sale over this. Sellers please check your listings, is anyone else having this problem.

We had this problem on a couple of our non-store ids.

Ebay automatically opts you in, you have to opt out yourself.

Go to Account - Site Preferences - Postage Preferences - then edit "Offer Click & Collect" and change it to "No".

We checked all our listings and found they had been updated to remove that option.
