Previously acceptable address is no longer usably, Why?
Your current address details are quite acceptable if they are correct.
Look at your account details and see what, if anything, ebay has changed. If your details were correct then there are probably no changes.
Ebay is currently validating addresses, to ensure they are entered correctly, any error is not acceptable to automated mailing systems.
