ebay sent me a cancel transaction request.

stating if i agreed to it the case would be closed.

instead i entered a query as to what was happening.

you closed the case without my consent.

i did not agree to cancel the sale or wish to do such.

if you have such a option. Have a CONFIRM option

don't seek to auto resolve cases that are being queried.. 

very unsatisfied customer with ebay at the moment
