True, it's only at the top of every single page

 

Then again, for people who do what factual advice based on eBay policy then contacting cs staff based overseas who type from a script is the last place I would go

eBay emails are an automated bot system (which we also let you know)

 

If you get something not as described, you need to open an item not as described dispute

 

No need to contact ebay or send emails

 

You are likely out of time to open that dispute now, you have 180 days with PayPal if you paid that way
