eBay and Paypal error

Hi,

Does anyone experience Paypal error as a seller?

Buyer contacted me saying he received a notification stating Seller not accepting any payment. 

I went through my listing and revised the listing, and there is an error message "Paypal email - Email address cannot be used for Paypal payments at this time.

Have you moved to Managed Payments yet, or had emails from eBay advising you that you need to do so?
