how can i delete lists from 'your lists' after I have completed them?

I am not even sure if I am on the correct path here. I have been experimenting and discovered the 'your list' section. I have completed many and now want to clear them out, how do I delete them?

Click on the list and in the heading over on the right hand side click Edit then Delete this List
