hello been trying 2 days to advertise my Harley on eBay, l just get a blank screen, like its trying to load but dose not, I'm reading on the net there is a problem with selling? l have had no messages about a breach of rules etc.

Have you signed up and been verified for Managed Payments ?

Even if that's the case, as a "new seller" you may well have limits pricewise on what you can list.

If the above criteria is ok, then try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer or you could try a different browser.
