image does not change when different sku are selected

I have an item with different options such as colours available.  When different options are chosen the image usually changes to match that selected however on my last posting this isn't working.  I've tried everything I can think of but haven't been able to solve the problem.

yes, I can see that your eyeglasses are not changing colour....have you been to 'live chat'?
