my shopping cart shows one item (the top right icon) but nothing in the shopping cart when I open it

A few weeks ago I put a few items in my shopping cart when the power dip turned off the computer. When I went back these were there and I removed the items from my shopping cart but they keep showing at the top right icon (orange No 2 next to the chopping cart icon). When I open my shopping cart it shows mu cart is empty but as soon I close my cart icon shows there are two items in my shopping cart. Since then I put one item into my shopping cart and when finished with shopping I proceed to payment and after the payment my shopping cart cleared but now the icon shows one item in my shopping cart. Again when I open it it shows "my shopping cart is empty, but it doesn’t have to be..."

I cannot find any link to contact e-bay administrator to solve this issue.

Anyone knows?

It's OK, your power issue did not affect the cart.

It's glitchy that way. When I have items in my cart, that I then buy, the number stays on the icon, and opening it says there is nothing in it. Just like for you.

Mine goes one step further.

When I put other items in the cart, and proceed to pay, those original items are back again. I have to be really really careful not to end up buying the same things again if the seller still has the listing running (when they have multiples to sell). So, so far you seem pretty lucky 🙂
