When I go to the checkout it says my payment was successful, then I receive an email saying I have to resend payment and action needs to be taken. It doesn't matter how many times I do it I keep getting the same message
It appears you are not the only one.
I haven't seen a solution for this yet and could be a site issue.

Have you checked that the payment is NOT coming out?
is it possible the email you are getting is an auto error
It's happened to people in the past
And more common than you might think
Are you paying by PayPal or another payment method?
