As Lyn says, good first step is clear out cookies and cache. If that does not work, in IE, under tools, compatibility view, try adding ebay.com.au, then OK.
Or, if it is there, remove it. Some updates work better with compatibility view, some don't, so you may have to look there and switch compatibility view on or off, whichever is the other setting 🙂
there have been a few issues with eBay and IE.
I have not seen any of them using Chrome 🙂
