I put my store on holiday mode at 10pm last night. I have just sold my first item and i'm freaking out,i need to use the funds in the paypal account to purchase the postage label..that's not a problem.The buyer has done the right thing..i am trying to do the right thing but apparantly Ebay hasn't given me that Auspost postage label button in my drop down menu or anywhere else. I need to send this parcel...I have no option i need to use my ebay to purchase my postage,but it isn't there.yet.   I rang them up yesterday and i was told it would be fixed in about 24-48 hours,so far it's not fixed,should i ring again ?.I'm freaking out and what should i tell the buyer? i am trying to do the right thing and i'm frightened i'm going to get a bad mark or rating from the buyer,paypal and ebay even though it's ebay who should've had that button on my page already.Please help....Just Click,Print and Post.uugh.I want my button. ... Despite the high fees we pay for each item eBay posts automatic ads on our pages which directly compete with our items. How is this fair? Or even legal for that matter.
