I have just sold my first item and i'm freaking out,i need to use the funds in the paypal account to purchase the postage label..that's not a problem.The buyer has done the right thing..i am trying to do the right thing but apparantly Ebay hasn't given me that Auspost postage label button in my drop down menu or anywhere else. I need to send this parcel...I have no option i need to use my ebay to purchase my postage,but it isn't there.yet. I rang them up yesterday and i was told it would be fixed in about 24-48 hours,so far it's not fixed,should i ring again ?.I'm freaking out and what should i tell the buyer? i am trying to do the right thing and i'm frightened i'm going to get a bad mark or rating from the buyer,paypal and ebay even though it's ebay who should've had that button on my page already.Please help....Just Click,Print and Post.uugh.I want my button.

Despite the high fees we pay for each item eBay posts automatic ads on our pages which directly compete with our items. How is this fair? Or even legal for that matter. Are they not earning enough money off us already? Are their accountants seriously that greedy and uncaring of the sellers who support their business?

Just registered for Click & Send, purchased packaging etc, my printer works fine, printing PDF files, emails, everything else from many devices, but WILL NOT print postage label, If anyone could shed some light, I would be most grateful. Michael.

Ebay was not working on Internet Explorer: no zoom on pics, no adding items to lists, no timer on bidding, slow bidding. I removed microsoft silverlight, I always clear history etc and use cc cleaner, and nothing changed, so migrated to google chrone. Google chromes is great except: WHEN I NOW DO A SEARCH WITH GOOGLE CHRONE AND VIEW A PAGE LIST OF ITEMS, THERE ARE NO POSTAL FEES UNDER THE LISTING PRICE FEES. YOU CAN HOVER OVER THE LISTING AND POSTAL FEES MOMENTARILY POPS UP FOR 1 ITEM, BUT I LIKE TO SCAN THE SEARCH LIST AND SEE ALL THE POSTAL FEES FOR A PAGE OF LISTINGS. ON INTERNET EXPLORER EBAY A SEARCH LIST WOULD SHOW ALL THE ITEMS WITH THE PICS AND POSTAL FEES. I would apprciate any advice on how to solve this dilema, THANK YOU.

I keep getting a pop up asking if I want to download Ebay isapi. Can anyone tell me please is this genuine or is it a keylogging scam? is it a virus? I googled it up and others have had problems with the same thing

I am looking on any items on ebay, nothing in particular, and notice that I can no longer move the mouse over the picture to obtain a larger picture of the item, also if there is more than one picture the picture in the main item does not change to the next one. Can anyone tell me what is going wrong?

I am having trouble with the 'back to ebay' button (won't work). Also when clicking on other pictures below an item nothing happens and no hover over the pictures. Is this my computer problem or are other people having it?

Re; Item no: 121244539188. Buyer has not paid as yet, but E-BAY has removed (on my page), amount owing/credit of $12. Buyer has not paid via PayPAL EITHER! My question is; why has the unpaid amount been removed before payment from my ebay page? Regards, Rhonda

When any auction item I was watching was within one hour of ending, there used to be continuous count down of minutes and seconds of the time remaining and an update of any bids made. Also, after making a bid and before confirming it, there was a second by second count down and an update of any bids made. Now the only way I can see how long is left before an item ends or the current bid is to keep refreshing the screen in the watch list ... hope this is not a permanent change. And like others, I cannot see other than the first photo and also cannot enlarge it or zoom in. Has anyone else had the same issue ... won't be lising or buying this week. Thanks.

Has anyone had trouble viewing photos on listings? Maybe it has something to do with the changes made by ebay to allowable photo size but when I try to view an items photos, including my own, I can only view the main photo and not the others so I cannot get a good description of an item.

Payments: , Cash On Delivery | See payment information My post code is correct but Ebays automaticly listing it as Mayfield is wrong and anyone looking at wanting to view or buy from me would think I live in Mayfield. How do I change this and could Ebay please fix its post code/location. Thank you

I noticed that my watch list was getting too full, so I decided that instead of saving things i liked into my watch list i would make separate lists for different things. It was fine when I did it last night and I was all good to add things into my lists, but when i went on this morning none of my lists were showing up anywhere except for on "My eBay. Just the watch and wish lists were there. I went to add a list that I could just put everything in that i found today and then I'd sort it out later but then when i went to add another item to it again only the watch and wish list were in the drop bar. How can you fix this?
