what if deliveries take longer than 45 day paypal dispute cut off time

Hi,

I have bought a few items from china sellers recently,

a message sent to me after purchase not to go through with the sale was too late,

yet it advised to give atleast 10 days after expected delivery time before lodging a dispute.

now I am over my 45 day cut off time to lodge a dispute on the 3 items purchased from 2 sellers. Both of which are from china. now neither sellers are registered with ebay so I can no longer find their contact details. 

Can you help with this please. These Items have been marked as "Posted" 13/6/13
