why can I not access the T&C's for the Latest voucher

Appears to be a glitch for most of us. Voucher YOGIFT, T&C's won't appear.

Listings will usually show on the front page if a voucher is redeemable for that listing.

Otherwise add the item to your cart and try the code before purchasing.

I was just given this link by a support staff member when enquiring about the YOGIFT coupon. 

basically, you sign up for eBay Plus, buy something, then choose an item from the list of "freebies" - enter the code YOGIFT at checkout, and you get the freebie item for free. 

Click the link and then there is another link within the one supplied with a list of "hundreds of gifts" - there are 129, not hundreds!
