A buyer wants to cancel my sale without making payment. However when I go to submit an unpaid item case I get tht efollowing message: " ErrorPlease ensure that you have selected a reason and an explanation for each listing below." But here is only one reason showing. When I try to contact eBay to chat about it I find that the chat process is not open. Any ideas on where I go from here.
If you are doing an unpaid item. Then as far as I can recall, there is only 1 option. Buyer has not paid for this item, or however it is worded. The buyer is then given another 4 days to pay.
If you are trying to do an unpaid item case, because the seller has requested a cancellation, then you do not have that option and have to choose either an unpaid item case or a cancellation.
