I want to write a negative Customer Feedback. item bought 23 11 14 from Green Blue Golf

I bought, 23.11.2014, 50 Titleist Pro V 1 x Golf balls 2014 Model, Mint Grade, Refinished Balls, for A$119. from Green Blue Golf ...of Queensland. My Docket  # 4029357733. They arrived promptly and looked new. However, the balls only lasted one round. The " applied " refinishing cover was not thick enough. They easily scuffed up and after say 15 washers in the ball cleaner, the refinishing had worn off. An unsatisfactory result. I would have received better value by buying original balls.

BUT have you contacted the seller first to see if they will help out with a refund or replacement of better quality items?

Your last statement says it all IMO . Yes, you most likely should have bought Original Balls in the 1st place. Can I also ask, why after one round, why you needed to wash the balls 15 times?

Remember that at most golf clubs it is against the rules to

wash your balls in the changeroom sink.................................................Richo.
