Vehicle cargo blind mystery

Bit of an odd question, I was sold a cargo blind and told it was for a VW Toureg but it does not fit at all, is anyone familiar with this type of blind? There is no ID on the blind. Thank you

VW Touareg Cargo Blind with inbuilt net section to apparently fit a 09/2003 to 06/2011 model.

Its total width (length), from external edge to edge, is 126 cm.
End mounting blocks (with inbuilt hollows) being 7cm wide & 8cm high.
Two slotted/slide-in mounts (one just right of centre & other towards left end) at back of blind are protruding 2cm deep & 3cm high.(see photos)
