I think it is VERY unfair that ebay has the option for people to have their score hidden. I had what I think was very unfair negative feedback. yet I cant see any of their feedback scores at all. I had someone buy and pick up some dvd's to which they all were not watchable (last time I watched them they were fine) however I didn't doubt them at all and offered a full refund to which many emails back and forth saying no it was fine and they would have them cleaned professionally, yet a month later I now get negative feedback and comments WHAT THE how is this fair? how is it fair when I apologised beyond an apology and offered a full refund, which they didn't want yet I get still get negative feedback and comments so now I no longer have 100% ๐ i would of been totally fine with a neutral. And i cant see how its fair that i cant see their feedback for all i know they may have very bad feedback? I think ebay needs to give the seller more power on who is buying from them. if someone has a history of not paying for items etc we should automatically be able to block them and not have them buy our items? i am just tired of people leaving unfair feedback especially when you have bent over backwards to make sure they are happy. I am not a professional i am a mother, just trying to earn a little cash on the side..getting very disappointed with Ebay world. ๐

You CAN automatically block buyers who have a history of not paying, which is not the case here.
A buyer can only get positive feedback, and only a buyer can have their feedback set to private, so all you would be able to see is green dots.

Don't let it get you down.
Most will see that you still have a great record and many buyers don't even bother to look, they only see that you are 99% which is as good as 100.
As you buy and sell it will go further down the page then disappear to page 2. And in 12 months you will be back to 100%.
Learn from it and keep giving good service, you can't please everyone. But ebay is still fun selling. ๐

Thanks, I just cant believe that after all of their emails that they still went and did that. I had another lady do it to me as well I sent her an email then blocked her cause I could see she was a complainer about a lot of her purchases. like most ebayers will say if you aren't happy then let us know before leaving negative feedback cause most cases it can be resolved. I am hoping that the buyer I have now which I accidently sent the wrong size and have given a refund and sent the correct size doesn't give me a negative, if she does I will take it further cause again not fair, neutral I will accept but not a negative, I think negative should only be there if the issue could not be resolved regardless of what is wrong with the product, things get lost, broken in the post, and used things can we can easily miss something like a mark. just so bloody frustrating.

you could always try and contact ebay to request the negative feedback removed, send them all the details & some conversations you had with the buyer, im sure ebay will consider it (worth a try)
