My eBay account is saying it is restricted even though I just made the account

Have you ever had another account?

Have you previously had an account restricted?

If eBay restricts an account it can be because of issues with previous accounts, name, address, IP address...

All of which will automatically restrict an account.

Or is it simply because you want to sell and haven't signed up to Managed Payments.

Much more information required before other members can actually have a stab.
