Can I attach a video to the seller. It seems only photos can be attached.

Hi I want to attach a video to send to the seller showing a faulty product but your systems seems to only allow photos to be attached.

Please advise.

Just people here exactly like you. I think you mean ebay's system will only allow photos

I really do not know as I have never done it, unless it depends on the file type/size

Another member here could well know the answer or otherwise, contact ebay (help and contact tab at the bottom of any page)

That's right only photo's not video's.

But if you paid by Paypal, you have the seller's email address in PayPal.

So just attach it to an email.
